Malmesbury Town Council are delighted to announce that they will be taking part in the Cotswold Hare Trail 2017. This has proven to be a highly successful event during its previous three years for sponsors and locations where the Hares are situated.

The hare sculptures will adorn public spaces throughout the Cotswolds and will provide awareness, footfall and visitor spend in sponsor and host venues. The Hare Trail 2017 aims to bring together the business and creative sectors and the general public; raising awareness of businesses who sponsor hares, showcasing and bringing mass footfall to shops, outlets, locations and businesses.Hare 2

Hare 3Businesses and individuals of all kinds are invited to sponsor a five foot tall hare which will then be decorated by chosen artists, making each a unique work of art. Your name and logo will go on the plinth. Amateur and professional artists are invited to be placed on a list from which design proposals shall be submitted. The Hare for 2017 will be a moon-gazing hare and will also require an exclusive name, let your imagination run wild!

 

 

 

Please call into the Town Hall to collect a form to sponsor a hare or to register interest as an artist and help Malmesbury to become a major part of the Cotswold Hare Trail 2017.
