The daffodils in Cloister Gardens are getting ready to display their flowers now that spring is on the way.

Such a shame that these daffodils will not be “fluttering and dancing in the breeze” as the beauty of the area is being ruined by a thoughtless dog owner(s) who repeatedly allows their dog to foul in amongst the flowers. The evidence is clear to see so it cannot be ignorance that the dog has fouled, more a case of complacency and a feeling that at this time of day I can get away with it.

Please report any such cases to the Town Council as we want the area to be enjoyed by all without it being ruined by such anti-social acts.

Please click here to view the temporary bus timetable that will run during the closure of Abbey Row from the 29th-31st May and spread the word; if you are aware of any neighbours or relatives who use the town bus please share this information with them. Hard copies of the timetable are in the Information Centre in the Town Hall.
The sunny weather that is anticipated this coming Saturday will be a most welcome feature at the St Aldhelm's Fair celebration here in Malmesbury. There will be a variety of stalls in the Cloister Gardens to browse whilst the Companions of the Longbow will be providing a Longbow experience for youngsters free of charge.
