Not all bus passes will be renewed automatically from 01 January 2019. This is because there are approximately 20,000 passes in circulation that have not been scanned on a bus prior to renewal, indicating that the pass has not been used. In these cases, the passes will not be automatically renewed.



If your pass is not automatically renewed but you would still like to receive one to use in the future, please contact Wiltshire Council on 0300 456 0100 and we can arrange for your new pass to be issued.


Wiltshire Council regrets that any charges which may occur on bus journeys are nonrefundable.

It may be hard to believe, but Summer has arrived! The rain has really given our Malmesbury in Bloom planting a great start . With the generous donations of local groups and businesses the beds and planters are looking lovely and enhancing our beautiful town. The rain stopped on Sunday for the Mayor of Malmesbury, Councillor Julie Exton to attend Choral Evensong at Malmesbury Abbey.  At Sunday's service prayers were offerered for the new Mayor and the Town Council for the upcoming year from Reverend Linda Sullivan and by each of the representatives of Churches Together in Malmesbury.
