Choral Evensong Sunday 7th June 2026 - Prayers for the new Mayor of Malmesbury

Thankfully the rain held off for Choral Evensong on Sunday 7th June 2026.  And a delightful afternoon service was held in Malmesbury Abbey led by Rev. Oliver Ross.

The Mayor was joined by the Mayoress Barbara Firth, Deputy Mayor Karen Drake and Consort David Drake.  Town Councillors, ATC and Mayors from Amesbury, Chippenham, Ludgershall, Marlborough, RWB, Tetbury, Trowbridge, Warminster and Tetbury.

Also in attendance was the Mayoral Cadet, Rosa Clough, Town Crier Owain Cole, Mace Bearer Steve Caygill and the Warden & Freeman.
