Meet characters from Malmesbury’s amazing past where they made history in live costumed drama. Enjoy a unique journey across time and to some very special places.
Suitable for all the family.
What will happen? You’ll meet your experienced Time Traveller Guide at Malmesbury Town Hall with fellow travellers at your appointed time. An hour and a half later, fingers crossed, you return to present day Malmesbury. In between you will have walked about a mile – and will definitely have some stories to tell!
Running on 11th and 12th of July, there are many shows to pick from with starting times at 1:30pm, 1:50pm, 2:10pm, 2:30pm, 2:50pm, and 3:10pm.
Audience sizes at each The Malmesbury Magical History Tour are very strictly limited.

MALMESBURY
MALMESBURY is a vibrant, market town, steeped in history going back to medieval times. Currently home to many famous & popular musical, cultural, and festival events throughout the year, visitors can browse the charming streets with independent retailers, or stop at one of the lively cafes, restaurants, pubs, and bars.
Attractions to visit include the stunning 12th century Malmesbury Abbey, 15th century Market Cross and the Athelstan Museum with a painting of Malmesbury Abbey by JMW Turner. There are also lovely walks along the River Avon.
