PLANNING ACT 2008 SECTION 47: Duty to Consult Local Community Notice of publication of Statement of Community Consultation

 

The Statement of Community Consultation (SOCC) for Lime Down Solar Park has now been published.

The final SoCC sets out how Lime Down Solar Park Limited (“we” or “the Applicant”) intends to carry out statutory consultation on our proposals for Lime Down Solar Park. It provides details of how and when we will consult the local community and the channels available to respond to our consultation.  

Statutory Consultation will take place from Wednesday 29 January to Wednesday 19 March 2025.
